In 2019, Bokang Kelepa and Baletsema Mining Services founded the 4IRinMining Seminar. The platform evolved into the Innovation in Mining Conference, connecting mining companies, academia, government, organised labour and technology providers.

A mining engineer, entrepreneur, speaker, moderator and strategic advisor whose work connects mining operations, technological change and leadership.
His experience spans business growth, partnerships, leadership alignment and industry dialogue. His 2017 MBA research at the Gordon Institute of Business Science examined communication and labour engagement during uncertainty in mining.
